A recipient of French Govt. Scholarship and AIT Fellowship, Arif holds
Euro Asian Dual Degrees- Master in Management, Finance from ESCP Europe,
Paris and MBA from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) along with a B.Sc. in
Computer Science & Engineering from BUET. He has also earned a PgDMC
(Post Graduate Diploma in Management Consultancy) from Institute of
Management Consultants Bangladesh (IMCB).
S.M. Arifuzzaman is currently working as an Associate Professor and Head of the School of Business, Canadian University of Bangladesh. He is also a member of the Syndicate of this university. During his long career, he has taught at the country's five top-level private universities, namely North South University, IUB, AIUB, East-West University, and BRAC University. He has delivered lectures on advanced finance topics to the MBA students of IBA, Dhaka on several occasions. He has been featured regularly in popular TV channels like News24, Independent, Jamuna TV, Boishakhi TV, ATN Bangla where he shares his expert opinions on the education system, economy, and capital market of Bangladesh. As a prolific writer, he has published more than 50 articles on education and training in leading newspapers of Bangladesh. He is also an Adviser of English Olympiad, the country’s biggest platform for inspiring leadership. Arif's strength comes through his unique analytical and empathetic ability to understand the knowledge and skills his participants need to increase their performance and productivity. He then designs and delivers her programs in a way that excites and motivates participants to use new skills and change their behaviors. Yousuf is the Managing Director of Takamatsu Footwear. Prior to his present
position, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Rahimafrooz Accumulators
Limited; he was Executive Director of Apex Adelchi Footwear Limited.
Previously he worked as the head of the Shah Cement Plant. Mr. Yousuf started
his career with Bata Shoe Co. Ltd. in the year 1987 and worked with them for
more than two decades on several key managerial positions. He was the plant
manager of Dhamrai plant, head of Merchandising and outsourcing manager and
the Head of Retail marketing operation. In those positions, he played an
instrumental role in turning the business in consistent growth over the
period. Mr. Yousuf has received numerous seminars, courses, short and long trainings in home and different countries. He is a members of Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB), Bangladesh Chemical Society, Bangladesh Society of TQM (BSTQM), Bangladesh AOTS alumni Society (BAAS), BUET Chemical Engineers Alumni Association, Member of Professional Engineers Registration Board. Participated as judge to various ICQCC conventions at Japan, Taiwan, Srilanka, Korea etc. |

Tiash Mahjabin, an English Language Trainer, having more than 5 years of experience in English Language Teaching and Training. She has her expertise in CLT [Communicative Language Teaching] method of Teaching and Learning & EFL (English as a Foreign
Language) training methodology. She designed and conducted different English Language Courses & workshops based on ESP [English for Specific Purpose] as Public Program as well as customized corporate programs for different corporates like Asgar Ali Hospital, Shanta Group, Fashion Craft Design, Different NGO s, Progressive Apparels, OMC Trading, QFX Solution – Nepal, etc. She takes classes for MBBS students of different Govt. medical colleges in Bangladesh.

Mr. Arifur Rahman is the Director and COO of Emerging Credit Rating Limited. He has been working in the Finance world for over 20 years having experience in both local and multinational companies. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants Of Bangladesh (ICAB) and Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. He obtained BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and BSc Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). Prior to joining ECRL, Mr. Rahman worked in Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co., an independent correspondent firm to Deloitte, Touche & Tohmatsu as Senior Manager. He also worked in the senior Management roles in various accountancy firms and organizations in London, UK. Over his long career Mr. Rahman has closely worked with reputed multinationals such as Unilever Bangladesh Limited, Standard Chartered Bank, Bata Shoe Company Limited, Singer Bangladesh Limited and local business groups such as Walton, Transcom, STS, Labib etc.
